I went by my favorite raodside stand this morning and they had a huge selection
of very yummy looking fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions, so, I bought
several of each. I am having my usual gathering of friends over tonight for
Sunday dinner, and wondered if anyone had any creative ideas using these? Maybe
a big salad or relish or something? I have pretty much every spice and herb
known to man (fresh basil, oregano, parsley and thyme on the windowsill). I'd
love to hear your ideas.
