raisin pie is very easy.

In saucepan cook – 2 c cold water, 24 oz raisins, 1.5 c brown sugar
and 4 heaping tablespoons flour. Cook until thick, stirring often.
Add 3 tbl butter and let cool a bit.

Place in 9” (regular) pie tin and bake 40 minutes at 400.
