"Really hard"? I just blast it with some water and if that doesn't
take the skin out I just scrape it a few times with fork or spoon or
anything at hand. Takes about 4 seconds on a bad day.
Do we chop or press? Sometimes we chop as we wants bits in the
project, sometimes we press when we want to be more broadly dispersed
or a micro-component.
