haha... My ex liked her "toast" cooked about as much as sushi. She
would literally throw it away if it had even a slight medium brown. I
told her "don't do that!" I hated to see good toast go to waste. I
got a lot of second hand toast when she was around.

My brother was making toast once and left the room. I noticed the
toast starting to burn--and being a good younger brother-- popped it
up. He comes in a minute later sees the toast popped up and yells at
me... He wanted the toast burned and was mad that I had popped it up
too early. (I still harbor resentful feeling towards him for this,
and other reasons.)
