This is a joint project of Marc Ollivier and Remi Branger. Full, rich, long, this is Muscadet for Puligny fans. Plenty of ripe fruit, but sound acids and strong mineral notes. I had before at an offline, but funner to watch over several hours. A-

I bought a couple of cases of mixed 2008 Brocard Chablis last year at
extremely discounted prices. They all seem to have a striking
acidity, the Valmur seems to have the most striking acidic notes. Not
off-putting but certainly better with food. The "Le Clos" fruit gives
it a bit more balance.
