Well, this is sad. eBay seems to have a few on auction:

other than this I can't find any reference to their kitchenware. As far
as I remember every kitchen in the Western world had a dozen
or so Ecko products, I definitely remember their knives, can
openers, potato masher that never worked well, and all sorts
of other things. More downfall of our cultural heritage.
