Anyone try making their own Butter Puff Pastry?

I haven't made real puff pastry in years, but mine rose amazingly high -
much higher than any store bought stuff I've tried. These days I
generally make 'rough puff' pastry - it doesn't rise as high as the real
deal, but tastes better and rises as well as the commercial stuff.
