I'da thunk it. I looked at my BP readings quite consistently and
noticed NO elevation when I ate very salty foods.

Reduction of sodium in foods seems to be the big thing now. The
only positive thing I can say about it is that it benefits the
folks who really do need to eat less salt for health reasons, and
others can add salt. Of course, the less one relies on
store-bought products, the less of an issue this is.
