the one I made came out much better than the ones I have bought. It really
isn't that hard. It does take a while, since you need to let it cool in the
fridge a couple times, but if you don't sit there and watch it but find
something else to do, it doesn't take that long.
The commercial ones I have used had less rise than mine.
