Sorbet recipes and sherbet recipes are usually eggless.

Here's a basic ice cream that is also eggless -

2 C whole milk
2 C heavy cream
1 C sugar
1/4 t salt
2 t vanilla extract
optional - 2 C mashed fruit for fruit ice creams

Stir together all ingredients until well combined and sugar is dissolved.

Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze following instructions.

If you like frozen yogurt my favorite recipe is

1 quart plain yogurt
1 C sugar
1 C mashed fruit

Stir together until well blended and freeze in an ice cream maker.
