Sure you can. I didn't save the eggless recipe I used to follow, but
it was very basic -- milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, dash of salt -- and
the ice cream was delicious. I know I found it online somewhere like
Cooks.com or Recipezaar. A disadvantage of the eggless ice cream was
that it melted and turned milky very quickly. I started making
French vanilla ice cream with eggs, which melts a little slower and
keeps a thicker consistency when it does melt.
