I usually just leave mine on my side table or in the desk drawer until
lunch and it's thawed. I thought I was the only one that did that.
Everyone else at work takes theirs out of the freezer and hogs the mw
for 6 minutes. I've never found anything wrong with it when heated up
thawed.
