I wish it was so, here, Janet. Sadly, it's not. Agribiz has been
hacking away at the basic tenents of organic ag for a long time and I
can see it becoming a mere folly of the true concept.

I bought some org eggs from one store. Pitiful. Little/no flavor
improvement, not even as good as the store's cheapo egg-factory eggs.
I'm trying another org brand from another store. We'll see.
I used to buy eggs from a cow orker who raised chickens at home. They
were beyond good, almost freakishly excellent. Yolks bright orange!
Not yellow. They stood up like Pam Andersons hooters. So thick and
rich, were like yellow honey. I've never seen eggs like that again,
organic or otherwise. That was 30 yrs ago. I'd raise some egg
chickens if I could, but can't. So sad.
