My friend had her gallbladder out last year. It just all of a sudden began
acting up on her. She found that she could eat no fat at all. She was
doing well while waiting for the surgery until one day when she decided to
eat a donut. She said it was one of the worst decisions she ever made.
My dad who has had his gallbladder out, says the worst foods for him are
animal fats. Like eggs, meat, cheese...
