Marinated Dry Jack

This sound really good to me, will try it for company (no more than 4 people
total) since Dry Jack is not cheap. :-)
1 cup 1/2 inch cubes Dry Jack Cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
3 sprigs each, fresh rosemary and thyme
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Stir together all ingredients in a jar or medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate
for at
least one hour and up to 2 weeks, stirring occasionally.
When ready to serve, drain and serve with toothpicks.
