Remember a few years ago when someone tried to get a permit to build yet
another Wal*Mart near where I live? Voted down! One of the best arguments
I heard AGAINST the building permit was printed in a local newspaper
[paraphrased]: "When all the checkout stands at the existing Wal*Mart are
fully manned, and people are standing in line waiting to check out, THEN you
can build another Wal*Mart!"
