considering all of your various allergies and dislikes, I would think the last
place you would eat would be at restaurants, especially buffets. how do you
survive your hysteria of not knowing what is in the food (and don't pretend that
you know what is in the food as you know full well that restaurants are always
changing the recipes to reflect changes in taste or expenses)
