zombie - apricot brandy, or brandy liqueur?
I was just wondering - zombie recipes tend to call for "apricot
brandy," but the only thing I've found to date is stuff like bols
apricot brandy liqueur. Think I've finally found a place in London
that carries something that is a non-liqueur apricot brandy, but
they're all out.
So in a zombie, am I meant to use the liqueur, or the straight brandy?
