I'll have to check the ingredients at WF next time I go there, but
since the additives in my pouch are indeed natural, I wouldn't be
surprised to find pretty much the same list.

Found an interesting cite:

calcium sulfate (CaSO4)
a moisture-absorbing white powder used for making plaster casts.
Also called plaster of paris.
