Some people must eat fat-free cheese (to my regret, I can remember that
its nothing like the real thing!) and fat-free mozzarella is impossible
to find in a supermarket except as Kraft shredded. It can be unshredded
by melting in a microwave and some smoke flavor added with a little
water in the process.
