yeah, i guess so.
just me and my overactive mind working away at stuff...
what about if you pitch a yeast in water with a little nutrient, let it
sit overnight, then throw that into the wash as you're in the last stages
of boiling and adding sugar?
ah, i suppose it doesn't matter. nutrient is just too cheap. =)
