Default What's yeast nurtrient?

The raison is I thing the wine kit store sold me something that is not yeast
nutrient. The purchased nutrient did slow the fermentation and I do not
know why! The store keeper could have package any type of white power and
sold it as yeast nutrient?
I a result I am not buying any more thing from that store until this issue
is cleared up.
