at one time, i had a wok i got from chinaTown in edmonton alberta. it
wasn't seasoned, but did an outstanding job. it was a cheap job, but
worked well. i used it for stir fries only. a bit of oil in there,
and no problem. i no longer have a wok, but use a cast iron seasoned
pan instead. no big difference for stir fries.
