SuperBowl party?
We are staying home and I am rooting for my Giants (condolences, Andy)
I'm making chicken wings (I broil them with garlic, soy sauce and 5
spice powder), fresh guacamole, a clam dip made with 0% Fage Greek
yogurt, baby carrots, celery sticks, green pepper strips, raw turnip
sticks and cauliflower for dipping, salami and cheese on a plate and
peanuts to nosh.
There is some sliced brisket I smoked myself in the freezer and I'll
make tacos on low-carb soft tortillas with it. I'll make some pico de
gallo to go with the tacos.
Have to keep the snacks low-carb for my diabetic DH.
