I did some measurements on the carboys I have and came up with the
following (hoping I didn't make any mistakes):
5 gallon carboy = 21.0 liters 5.55 gallons
6 gallon carboy = 24.4 liters 6.45 gallons
6 ½ gallon carboy = 28.25 liters 7.46 gallons
