There are many "soups" that are excellent chiled. Particualrly on a hot
summer day
Vichysoisse, Gazpacho, Sour Cherry, Borsch, etc
You won't know till you tried some

Still trying to figure out my grandmother's Cold Cherry Soup recipe.
It wasn't just good enough to kill for.
It was so good, it was worth doing a Genkhis Khan for
Part of it must have been how she preserved her canned sour cherries.
