Again, I can't argue with personal taste but I enjoy cold soups like
Vichyssoise and Gazpacho in the summer. I think I eat Gazpacho much more
often. My preferred versions have a large amount of the vegetables
finely chopped but not blended. Mind you, some people have called that
"a wet salad".
