What kind of Presidents Choice juice are you using? I just found out
that they dont supply Welches 100% juice Concentrate here in Canada.
I am very interested in starting some.

I just bottled a Tropical fruit Riesling (Niagra mist with added
sugar for about 11% abv) and a Chablaise Blush slightly sweetened.
Currently I have an apple wine from 100% store bought apple juice. It
is fermenting well for a few days now.
