One day into first batch and already a mistake. How do I correct?
I suggest you let this batch ferment as is... You can never go wrong
following manufacturer's directions. I would not add anything to my
first kit if I were you. Selection kits are usually full bodied and
really don't need additional sugar (to increase alcohol level) or
additional grape juice..
