Default thaw turkey in fridge

Be sure to include some sort of container - er, drip pan - to use when
thawing that critter in the fridge! Just today, I learned the hard way
when thawing a 'butt' roast and didn't include that 'drip pan'! Talk
about a mess - all sorts of unwanted gravitational bloody 'drippings' in
the (secondary - whew!) fridge! And the roast was even enclosed in a
(leaky!) plastic grocery bag, too! Oh well - Live 'n learn ;>
