Just take a recipe for cream sauce, use oil instead of any butter called
for to cook the flour with any onions or whatever you use in makign the
roux, and substitute chicken broth or stock for the amount of milkor cream
called for, or iuntil it is the consistancy you like. I never use a
recipe.
