It is time to make the 6 week eggnog.
This isn't exactly the recipe I used last year- but it is the first
one that google turned up.

I made 2 gallons- [2 different recipes] and have about a quart of each
batch still in the refrigerator. They both taste like a very fine
brandy Alexander at this point. My wife likes hers served in a
whipped cream and egg mixture. I like it straight up.
