My wife used to make an eggnog pie with a recipe from Gourmet magazine
back in the 70s. The crust is made of ground pecans, butter and sugar.
The filling is made with eggs, cream, gelatin (softened in vermouth),
and rum. Then there were chocolate curls on top.
