Nope - the overhead light is forward of the spices; the jars I bought
are dark and have black lids - moisture doesn't affect sealed spices,
whether in jars or cans, and I only put the most-often-used ones there
- pepper, salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and oregano.
Others are in the pantry, in the dark, in a series of shallow shelves
mounted on the inside of the door.
