Jason,
Does your vortex ever seem to explode out of the carboy? It
seems that everytime I've operated my fizz-stick at high speed
I can form this vortex and it seems to take on a life of it's
own. At that point I can't stop it from foaming out of the
carboy. I've often felt there was some sort of strange fluid
physics involved here.
