Strega wine?
I'm looking for something new to try! I love Strega, the Italian liqueur and
wondered if there is a way of producing a wine with a similar flavour.
I've seen, on the Internet, a Strega extract for desserts, etc., and see no
reason why this couldn't be used for winemaking but I have no idea as to
quantities. Also, I haven't tried to get this in England yet and it may not
be possible.
Any suggestions, please? And any other ideas for unusual wines.
