Default Shipping to Rhode Island????

This is not just a question about the law in the state of rhode
island. If you are shipping from another state you are falling under
Federal Law (ATF-Treasury Dept.)as well as the state your shipping it
from. Both the state(s) as well as the feds want their tax money....

So as far as I am aware it is Illegal for the home wine maker to ship
wine via interstate or intrastate..
plus if the shipper (ups, the post office etc.) Finds out what you are
shipping they are not permitted ship or deliver it.

Now that been said... If you are shipping just one or two bottles I'm
sure people do it quite often and they may even get away with
it.......
