A gentle midnight snack?

Same here, but I don't like going to bed with my stomach growling, and
usually am up till after midnight, and take a pill for blood pressure
last thing, so like having something on my stomach, which is usually a
few Ritz crackers, or a piece of cinnamon toast maybe....occasionally
will eat a banana then. I mostly just drink water in the evening.
