Kinder's is in fact a NorCal Deli chain, but they sell packaged meat
products at Costco (at least here). I got a pre-marinated "ball-tip"
roast. It's some cut of bottom sirloin sold as an alternative to
tri-tip; the package had two distinct cuts in separate sides of the
plastic package. In a word: salty. I grilled to perfect temp; it was
tender enough but salty and otherwise unremarkable. My girls and I
are used to "remarkable". I'll stick to tri-tips and my rub.

And thanks TFM for your scrutiny of my referenced website. If you're
ever near there, lemme; know and I'll set you up with some good
trilobite collection sites.

But the infamous Desert Rat/geologist/mentor Bennie Troxel refered to
it as "rhymes with physics"; so I'm sticking with it. Commom usage
prevails. All 4 users.
