ken davis in the super market has a 2 carb per serving sauce I like..I
augment it with pepper and a few drops liquid splenda and some balsamic
vinegar and mustard..its very good!

Proper bbq is spice rubbed and sits overnight, then smoked very low and
slow heat... doesn't need to be sugared to be good.
I buy natural organic baby back ribs that are juicier than feedlot crap,
and make them this way. I will brush them extremely lightly with a not
sweet bbq sauce just before taking them off the grill at the end.
And eat with hands and a zillion paper towels.
