and this is the real point, what spikes one person doesn't another, when i
was testing for education, i found i could eat a regular sized banana if i
ate it later in the day and didn't eat them too often, i can eat a half
serving of potatoes or white rice occassionally as well but not a whole
serving and certainly not as often as i would like, my brother who sis
insulin dependent, has little/no problems with corn or potatoes but simply
can't have rice of any kind or in any quantity, Lee
