I don't know, sorry. I would assume they aren't actually a pea, but I'm not
sure.

Those would be cannellini beans. You can buy them in cans, or dry. They are
sometimes called "white kidney beans," but they are a lot more tender than
the usual red kidney bean.

Although I love most beans, I am actually not a fan of red kidney beans, and
I never have them in the house. I prefer to make chili with black beans
and/or pink beans. Sounds like Angela, too, might prefer other types of
beans.
