If there wasn't something that needed "fixing", the shows (both Kitchen
Nightmares and Restaurant Impossible) wouldn't be very interesting. It's
one thing to simply have a failing restaurant. That's no surprise;
restaurants fail all the time. Wouldn't be very entertaining if that's all
there was to it.
