No clue. I only know they exist because I saw it on the Internet. Now that
I think about it, I think it was someone on my Facebook who posted a pic of
themselves and their dog at a restaurant. They were sitting outside at a
picnic table.

I've been led to believe that it is common for dogs to go to restaurants in
France but having never been to France I don't know if this is true or not.

I have heard of cafes for dogs. But they only serve food for dogs. Not
sure if there are any around now or not. I read a magazine article about a
couple of them some years ago. Can't remember what states they were in.
