I have also become a huge fan of Greek yogurt. My favorite is Fage brand
0% fat. I eat it almost every day with diced fresh fruit like a peach or
some mango, strawberries, blueberries or a combo of some or all. It's
one of the few ways I can get extra calcium as I can't take supplements
and milk disagrees with me.
