Oh, come one Bryan... they are all large chains. Of course they have
a "policy".

However, I've ordered a hamburger cooked less than "policy" and gotten
it without any grief before. Can't tell you if was where because I
don't eat at those places very often and it was a long time ago. I
can just say that I thought I'd give it a try (ordering med-rare) and
my burger came to me as ordered. Sure they have a public policy, but
if you go against it... the customer is (usually) right.
