Alton Brown calls them a "disher", but "portion scoop" is fine.
Either term will yield plenty or results on the web, although the
first term will give you a lotta French squeeze style scoops, while
the 2nd term gives almost all US ice cream style (thumb lever) scoops.
Is disher a French term? (shrug)
