I got a recipe from the chef owner of a local restaurant. He used to
have wonderful coconut shrimp with a tangy sauce. One time I had it and
noticed a difference. When he came around to see us I asked him about it
and said that I remembered there being a mustard taste in it. it turned
out that he hard forgotten to add the mustard powder. It was Seville
orange marmalade, mustard powder and balsamic vinegar.
