Default New food processor

My first food processor didn't get much use. I wasn't quite as
adventurous in my cooking, back then, and like shelly I figured I
could do everything with my trusty chefs knife. Screw that! Last
time I worked in a resto, I did some prep work and got to see all the
other food prep being done. The two FPs got worked to their last good
wire! A boat motor-sized Robot Coupe stick blender took up the slack
wherever possible. Lordy! ...I believe!

I'm now like a man possessed, wanting to cook all that exotica I've
learned to love but have never made. Falafel, hummus, to name two.
Plus, my knuckles are raw from fine grating carrots for carrot cake by
hand. I want horsepower!! Stir fry! Yes, I can slice/mince/chop all
that stuff by hand, but screw that, too. A slicer plate and I've done
5 veggies in 60 secs!

So! ...I'm chomping at the bit fer a new FP, having given my old one
to my daughter when I moved. I think I've found the perfect fit:

It's got the right disks, it's got the capacity fer potluck prep, it's
got the 2nd lid with jes a hole in it. It's on sale. It's free
shipping. I think I've got GAS (gadget acquisition syndrome) and I
think I'm in love!
