Sounds like a center cut bone in pork loin. That used to be a very common
cut of meat in the past, but the packaged loins and tenderloins seem to have
replaced it.
Rub it whit your favorite seasonings. We like salt, pepper, garlic,
rosemary. Use a thermometer and pull it from the oven between 145 and
150, let it rest 15 minutes and enjoy.
